Excellent paper – enjoyed it. I think the pace of social media is quite overwhelming for a lot of people so important to help navigate through the mire.
I’m not sure on some aspects of social media e.g. 33D on Twitter on the home page – what does all that ‘noise’ tell me about the company – its like listening in to a load of private non conversations but no doubt its meant to give away the personality of the company. Not sure – jury is out on carrying private tweets.
